Thought these details may help: Car shows 157,+++ miles, but the odometer doesn't work. (Definitely another problem to be fixed once the car is actually running and driving)

I have taken apart and cleaned every part of the fuel system, that I can possibly think of. Except the actual fuel distributor. Replaced fuel pumps, filter, and new fuel hoses and lines. Car ran great for a few days, until other issues arrived. Hard shifting, slow to shift, and especially noisy and slow when in reverse. The car starts everytime now and has no issues while idling, but when put into gear it shakes and runs rough. Also does not respond at all when the throttle is pushed, almost like its being choked out. The economy guage is all over the place and the car seems to be getting terrible fuel mileage. I have also replaced several vacuum lines, both the lines and connection fittings. I am completely dumb-founded at this point and have no other ideas. PLEASE HELP!

There are lots of similar post and issues. i would really recommend you searching your problem in the forum search bar, but in mean time, try unpluging your O2 sensor and try driving it, if it has a better response and good idle, then its probably the sensor.

I have searched many threads all over the net, and will continue to do so. Including YouTube, hoping to find some actual video or pictures to help diagnose and fix problems. The O2 sensor was definitely on my list! Also think the catyletic converter is more than partially clogged, due to the former fuel system issues with the car and the lingering, distinct smell inside the car that occurs with those problems.
Thanks for your input, I hope it helps ASAP!
