Dude,

Please not those headlights. They're the wrong style (94-95) and don't flow with the car. I don't care about the grill or the paintjob, but I'm strongly against anyone having those fake ass "crystal" headlights. Get Euro's and paint the retainer black if you have to have that "crystal" look. You'll be original and it'll make your car WAY more aggressive. The plastic crystals on ebay make it look too happy.

Otherwise, looks like you've found a pretty badass CE there man.

Heres SoMe Stats It Apparently has a small Oil Leak . It Has 187K miles. It runs great tho I took on a nice road last night with some very small turns, almost like a snake. I was pushing 55MPH and handling and performance was sweet. The Guy Took good care of it because it was his wifes car. I Took Some Engine Pics (Coming Tonight)
The Tranny kinda jerks when shifting gear at 30MPH or under Its An a automatic.
Shifting was a lot cleaner and smoother at 40MPH up.
It takes off in second right?
interior is kinda damaged (Pics Coming Tonight)
I have a question under drive it has a 2 and a 3 when do i use these instead of just D?

The first thing you need to do...

is check the transmission fluid level and color. If it is low, it will affect the shifting. If it is low, just add some transmission fluid. There are other adjustments you can do but, start with the basics first.

Sounds like a vacuum issue. These cars are notorious for vacuum related shift quality issues. There's a vacuum controler on the transmisson that can be adjusted by someone who knows the system well. I had a similar issue with my E420 after letting it sit for a month or so one winter. Went back to drive it, and the 2-3 shift felt like it was being engaged via sledge hammer. Took it to my mechanic who knows these cars well, and he fixed it in about 30 minutes, including 2 test drives. Never acted up again after that. Put about 80k miles on the car after the fix.

Do some searching on W124 transmission vacuum shift controls or 2-3 shift "flairing", I beleive is the technical term - the jerking you mention.

Whooo! I painted the gray part of the grill black and it looks sweet.
The Car Just looks fresher and more aggresive in my opinion.
