Hey guys,

As the title says, my speedo went out yesterday... basically went "tink" while driving and the needle feel to the bottom of the gauge to stay there ever since...
Hadn't had any speedo issues thus far, when I bought the car the odo didn't work (worn gears) - after replacing the gears, I've had a working odo and speedo... til yesterday.

The speedo in my car is electronic I believe (99% certain I can't remember a cable when I did the odo), anyone know what might cause this issue?
Noting the odo is still working! just the speedo never even flinches from zero now..

With a working odometer, I'm assuming that writes off the sender being broken, since speedo and odo come from the same source... right?

Same source for sure. I guess you get a working speedo and transplant your odometer mechanism or if true mileage isn't important just swap out the speedo/odometer section into your cluster.

I have had great results with Kris as well but the OP is located in Australia so logistics may be a challenge.
