One of two aspects of that car I do not like:

1: seller = dealer = overpriced
2: aftermarket light drilled into console

Otherwise, that is a durn sharp 1986 car.

Yeah, that's not the most elegant solution to LED placement. Since it has an aftermarket head unit, and has more than likely bypassed the stock fader switch, a simple factory blank switch plug could be placed there with the LED poking up from the center.

Other than that, it's a pretty decent looking car, but still too much $

In Australia, an alarm linked blinking LED which is in plain sight from outside the car will slightly lower your insurance premium.

On my Vanagon I mounted the door lock LED so that it pokes up through the top of the dash. When it's blinking at night it reflects off of the windshield, lighting up the whole front interior of the vehicle.

I believe that body kit is made by Lorinser
