1985 Mercedes 300CD Coupe - 151k miles - what's it worth.

Now a Classic
As has been noted, Mercedes-Benz is now designating the 123 Series cars as "Classics." The only other more rare 123 model is the wagon. Only 8,007 units of your 300 CD Turbo were produced. Only 1,291 in 1985 the last year of production. You have the records from Day 1. I would estimate it would bring $8,000 to $8,500 in really good condition. Take a look at similar models on E-bay and hemmingsmotornews.com. for examples. Also, mercedesshowroom.com for ideas. Good luck, but I would wait a year! Prices are coming back strong right now and the economy is improving for the collector car market across the board.
