If you see fuel leaking from the EHA valve, it has failed and needs replacing. There is no other option. Once the EHA has been replaced, other issues you listed can be dealt with.

I am also going to move your thread to the W201 forum. Your car is a "C" in today's world. 4 cyl W124 "E" class models were never imported to the North American market.
