Saw this car street parked and for sale in front of one of the typical "understated" estates in La Jolla today. 234,xxx miles, Black on Black leather with Zebrano wood, Euro model, Benz chrome rims, limo tint. Looked like a well cared for automobile. Sign read $3800. If anybody has GENUINE interest, I will go back and get the phone number for you - pm me. There's no way it's a Euro. 300SDs were intended for the North American market only.

Isn't that odd why no diesel 126's were offered in Europe, especially since nowadays diesel's are in a majority (i think) ?

The diesels were sent to the US market to offset the fines sustained by DB for failing to meet CAFE standards.

I meant Euro lights...obviously, I looked at this in passing and do not know the pedigree of this vehicle. In any event, it was a sweet looking ride.

Some people had asked me, so I took a quick photo today. Sorry, my cellphone is not a professional camera and I'm not up for a Pulitzer Prize any time soon...it was very bright out to boot so besides no knowing what I was doing, I could not see what I was doing either. Anyway, here goes:
