1978 300d Blower issue. No hot air?

I have a 1978 300d only cold air comes through my vents no matter what temp its set to. Can someone please guide me to the first places to look for problems? My goal is to get my heater working. Thanks!

i think ill bump this rather than starting a new thread.

i have no hot air coming from my vents. i have a w123 300d lwb. what are the likely causes of this?
