One more for today, have 4 vacuum lines plugged with golf tees.
(see attached photo)
What are they supposed to be connected to?
I can identify where the lines go back to if needed.

It looks like i need a vacuum tester, what is process of testing these lines for leaks.

Thanks,

Scott

Looks like they should go to the exhaust pressure transducer.
Is there a round device about 2" in diameter with 4 vacuum ports on the front right below those lines.?

Also fill out your profile. It helps with getting the correct advice.

vacuum

There is nothing in the area of the lines, not even a bracket or mounting holes.
Any pictures of what this should look like?

I had just found that diagram and was thinking the same thing, what is the result of not having the exhaust transducer on other items in vacuum system.

My 78 has been largely de-smogified. But I still have exhaust pressure transducer hooked up to three of the four--the EGR is not hooked up to anything, just sits there. And the car runs quite well.
