1971 250c creaking noise

Well,
It's running great and a ton of fun to drive. New problem however,
When you turn the steering wheel it makes an awful creaking noise.
I have replaced the subframe mounts and the tortion bar bushings.
I have greased the joints and I still have the problem.
Has anyone had this problem and would you please share any possible solutions.

It can only be a seized tie rod or drag link end ,a seized idler bush on the passenger side or ...'The dreaded Steering box fitting in the chassis cracks'.
Look at the three bolts that hold the box to the chassis rail, clean it with a wire brush and examine very closely for cracks around the three bolt heads.
It's easily fixed with steel plate to reinforce the chassis but it's a common problem.
