I do my own repairs and maintenance and just installed a set of stainless steel brake Speed Bleeders on my W108. For those also interested the part numbers are:
SBB125LL-SS M8 X 1.25 (front)
SB7100-SS M7 X 1.0 (rear)
You can purchase a regular set of speed bleeders for 1/2 the price of stainless steel @ Speedbleeders.com. They make short work of bleeding brakes as a one man job. I use them on several vehicles.
