Is it okay to replace my 185/65HR15 tyres (4) for 195/65VR15. My early C-Class only has 6Js where the later ones with 195s seem to have 6.1/2Js.<br> I would normally have stuck with 185s but my local tyre depot are selling off Uniroyal Rallye 440 195/65VR15s for £40 fitted.

My 1985 190 had 185/65/15 that I upgraded to 195/60/15. if leave '65' unchanged, your tire will be about 1/2 inches higher, changing your speedometer reading by about 3%. Go to www.tirerack.com for more info
