Questions before I make my purchase. 18's look nice but 19's sure do look a hell of allot better. My question is, is there a significant ride quality difference between 18" and 19" rims? Does tire brand play a role in this? If so, Thanks

:) HI!

I just put 19" on my car and the ride quality of the those compared to the 18"s is only BETTER grip. I have not experianced any negatives.

Brand's count. I would go with either Bridgestone Potenzas or Michelin Pilot Sport XL SP (which is whati have on my car now)

I'm thinking about getting 19" staggered wheels, and I was wondering if I can 265/35/19 on a 19*9.5 offset for the rear. I've read couple of forum, and I see that people would get 265/30/19 instead. Thanks for help.

FIrst of all 19x9.5 is not an offset. offset should be in mm, such as 35mm 37mm.

Second, you need to have 265 30 19 in ther rear for that setup, 265 30 19 would be the correct size. with the 265 35 19, you'd have too big a diameter.

Aside from the ride. When you do go

19x8.5 F (235/35/19)
19x9.5 R (265/30/19)

will your speedometer reading still be correct?
