Hey guys I have a question....
Do you think the rims of my w202 18 in mono's would clear the new brake calipers on the 05 c230k ss
I want to use these tires as replacements they are two yrs old with some minor bubblin, but still look great. I also wanted to know if there were any places preferably near eastcoast nyc area that fixes dents on the rims. GUYS-------NEVER EVER LEND YOUR GIRLFRIEND YOUR CAR WITHOUT YOU PHYSICALLY BEING THERE. SHE MUST HAVE LANDED ON THE MOTHER OF ALL POTHOLES AND THEN CLAIMS THAT SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHY THE CAR BEGAN SHAKING LIKE THAT. @#%#@%@%@%#@%#!#^%t
dAMN IT. THAT WAS ON MY 99 W202 AND I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING WITH THESE RIMMS AND TIRES. IF NOT I WOULD LIKELY HAVE TO SELL REAL CHEAP BECAUSE I DON''T HAVE TIME TO MESS AROUND AND LOOK FOREVER. IT'S A SHAME IF I CAN'T KEEP THEM THOUGH I SPENT $3000 FOR THE C36 SETUP WITH THESE WHEELS[:(] ANYWAY LET ME KNOW AND IF YOU GUYS ARE INTERESTED I COULD TAKE PICS. I WOULD GIVE THESE AWAY AT $500 TIRES ARE TOYO 95% THREAD ON THEM. WIDER IN THE BACK.

there is a pict of me trying to fit a set of 35mm monoblocks to my car for winter use...no good with this wheel - rim pushed past the fender, make sure you have the correct offset....

in the time it takes us to answer this / help with this you could have mounted and de mounted the rim to fit? have you tried it yet?

thanks - hope this helps

alot of places will fix rims, look around your area for a shop or pick up a autoweek or other car mag - they advertise in the back - had a few buddies re true wheels....

as far as the monoblock, look on the back of the rim, there you will see a casting number, the wheel size, the part number and other information...you will also see the offset - for you the most important factor here....as the problem is not inner siameter, the 18 will work there, it is getting the rim to sit off of the face of the caliper (the part that says Mercedes-Benz) and also be tucked under the fenders...and clear all suspension / etc....

if the et is 35mm no good, i doubt it will be a 25mm but that wont work either...

you need as far as i know - and id double check is...
37mm upfront
30mm rear

or 37mm all around
