17" wheels

I was interested in putting 17" wheels (say the AMG models that come stock on the SLK), on my 190e (2.6L), just wandering if anyone had any advice on what size works best on these cars. I'd like to go 17", but maybe 16" is as big as you can go without a camber kit, etc. Any insight would be appreciated thanks!

Is you're car lowered?

With stock ride heighth you should be able to fit 18" rims with no modifications. If your car is lowered 17" diameter 7.5" wide with with around ET37 and 205/40/17 tires have been fitted on others without serious rubbing issues without rolling the fenders.

17's all the way !!!

Don't go above 17's you will compromise the ride factor. If you run over an ant your car will feel it.

The AMG split spoke's are a direct fit & look awesome !
