ok doing my Getrag swap finally, got 9/10 bolts out. how in the fracking frozen hells does one remove the top starter bolt? i tried every angle, every tool, i can't get in there from the top. is the trans supposed to be lowered? raised? sitting normal? not to mention my sausage finger and gorilla arms make it a bit tight to fit into there to begin with

Note: i'm using a 17mm 3/4 socket

try a wrench i had trouble with that bolt when i took ur getrag out the first time..

holy hot damn, the wife finally came through, she managed to get the last bolt out for me...now i gotta find that cop thats hiding somewhere and put him to work
