can it be done? maybe have to relocate the oil filter to the fire wall or fender well but will it bolt up to the mounts tranny etc?

what are the differences between the 2?

i have noticed that used 123 240 engines are getting few and far between even core engines.

i have a very tired 77 4 speed and a access to a 115 motor.
