MSRP for a brand new 2011 C300 Sports is listed at $33,990 + 1,995 for the P1 Package and 2,700 for the multimedia package so total suggested retail price will be $39,885...

Keep in mind that a car loses 15-20% of it's value the first year and the moment you drive it off from the dealer... Let's say it was sold for $39,885 out the door, at 15% depreciation the price went down to 33,903, at 20% depreciation it goes down further to 31,908.

I would say if you can get it from anywhere between 32-33K is a fair deal:thumbsup:

Make sure to negotiate for freebies...

Does it have the flip up screen? I was under the impression the MM package is the HK sound system?

What area are you in ?. In Socal (LA & OC), 2010 C300 with P1 & MM packages 10-12K mlies, CPO go around 30-31K (HOI & South Bay...). other SoCal MB dealer is a bit higher, but not 34K (except KEYS MB in Burbank). 2010 C300 P1 CPO (No MM) 10-12K are under 30K in this area.

Is this a 4matic, or 2-wheel drive? For a 4matic sounds like a good price, for a 2-wheel sounds a little high.

it's weird how if you load up a C300 the price is almost similar to a loaded C350. I was actually shopping for a fully loaded C300 but ended up getting a C350 because it already had all the options as standard.

Split folding seats used to come only with the P2 package, not sure for the 2010 model year. I highly doubt that you can have this option added without a cost prohibitive hassle. Personally that price sounds high to me. Forgot to ask what the ASKING price is? They should really be willing and able to negotiate on any 2010 models right now with 2011 right around the corner and new inventory rolling in regularly!
