06 311 cdi misfiring

hi there folks, got a 06 sprinter 311 cdi problem being it broke down but turned out the high pressure pump had packed up. got a new 1 and fitted it started ok but now its misfiring. checked all injectors are getting fuel and when u disconnect each injector in turn the engine dies out or drops down even lower on the revs. it starts easy enough but only rev to 2600revs or so. can anyone help please.... thanks

Radiotwo - High pressure pump just pumps to the rail - No timing.

Its more than likely electrical, if it was working ok before! any diagnostic codes?
