hi there folks, got a 06 sprinter 311 cdi problem being it broke down but turned out the high pressure pump had packed up. got a new 1 and fitted it started ok but now its misfiring. checked all injectors are getting fuel and when u disconnect each injector in turn the engine dies out or drops down even lower on the revs. it starts easy enough but only rev to 2600revs or so. can anyone help please.... thanks :confused::thumbsup:

Sounds to me as if its the pump timing that is out

I have the same problem on a 2002 312 CDI.

Van got the usual black death, all the injectors were removed cleaned and one replaced. was running fine but diesel pump on engine leaking badly... changed for a new one.... was running fine, but after a week, its now missfiring, down on power.

Only codes its throwing up are
P2007 and P1482 N14/2

It's starting to do our nut in ... :crybaby2:
