I am new to Mercedes and new to the forum so I appreciate any input. I just picked up my 2004 CLK 500 and the CD changer isn't functioning at all. When I hit CD it reads magazine empty but the eject button doesn't light up or work at all on the changer.
How can I get the magazine out? It seems like the unit has no power at all. Totally lost but thinking maybe there is a fuse somewhere? And is it easy to remove the Cd changer from where it is installed and just check the connections on the back?
Any help is greatly appreciated guys! :crybaby2:

Here's something (from another forum) that should help you along.

Stuck CD - MBWorld.org Forums

I cannot see a dedicated fuse for the CD unit . My best guess would be for fuse 26 (sound system) located in the cockpit, drivers side. Open the driver's door and pop the upper trim revealed to get access to the fusebox.
