I live in Canada, and I just bought a US S430. My problem is that the trunk is only set to open half way. How do I set it to open all the way?

I was told by my dealership that is a user adjustment, and in Canada it is in the instrument cluster menu. But being an American car, when it wasn't there, they didn't know what to do.

For my 2003 cl I had to push down the trunk switch in the drivers door for about 5 sec to switch height setting. The trunk must be closed.

I am pretty sure that was the procedure

Open your trunk from the drivers side switch on the drivers door panel and hold it for 5 sec in the open position when it goes up all the way, then close it by pushing forward on the open button and hold for 5 sec.

Under the menu on the cluster there is one for trunk limiter on or off. Turn it off.
