02 s430 misfiring when trying to take off from a stop

I took car to mechanic to check if it needs a tune up and they took out one spark plug and checked it and put it bck in but no issues. They also changed the cabin filter. When i picked car up next day, it misfires and acts like it will cut off and then picks back up again when idle. Then when driving and you come to a red light and try to pick back up speed, it hesitates for a little bit before taking off. check engine light came on and now codes its throwing are p0175 and p0172. I have changed the MAF sensor with a $50 aftermarket one off ebay, but still having same issue. Any help will be appreciated so i can get my car back to normal
