I've been noticing that my ML is vibrating when left in idle.

It feels like a missfire and I was thinking of clogged cats but I am not sure. It only does it when left idling in park or neutral, as soon as I set it into drive or reverse it goes away. It also goes away if I feather the accelerator on park and hover just under 1000rpm.

The truck has 120k miles on it, I have changed the harmonic balancer 20k miles ago, spark plugs on march, oil and filters (air and fuel filters included) a couple of weeks ago and otherwise the truck runs ok, starts with no effort every day no matter what.

Thanks in advance!

Engine mounts seem to be ok. It's just missing in idle, put it in drive or reverse and it stops doing it.

What about neutral? That really does sound like motor mounts. Go outside and have someone put it into drive and see if there is jerking in the front end of the car
