My 1966 Mercedes started out as a bone stock 404.114 troop carrier with all the canvas, doors and usual rust ;)
I picked her up in 2004 and wheeled over 10+ years in many forms:
- Stock (2004)
- Roll bar in the bed (2005)
- Power steering upgrade (2005)
- Moved all the low hanging fruit (2005-2006)
- 2.8L motor swap (2006)
- 4 seat stretch (2007)
- Propane conversion (2007)
- 12V conversion (2008 ish)
- She was too heavy so chopped back to a 2 seater (2010)
- Rear coil overs (2012)
- 43" TSL SX tires (2013)
- Back flip off a 10+ foot rock ledge prompting rebuild into Unibuggy (2014)
