Bought on E Bay out of Houston, in good over all shape, clean body/interior running gear in good shape no major issues, didn't have a real good record history so things could pop up!
Had to replace motor mounts and engine shocks, 1 upper control arm, front shocks, full brake job front/rear, replaced idler arm bushings and steering damper.
New cap/rotor, plugs and wires and a few other small items you do to any used car so you have an idea of where you are at.

Looking for 560SL driver side air snorkel would like the balanced look better.
Am in process of installing new exhaust system, will be euro logs with Magnaflow cats and mufflers, have most of the stuff am looking for shop to do final pipes and weld up.

Interior
installed W140 steering wheel, never liked the W126 wheel even before I bought a W126 car and hated it after buying one. The new wheel is sooooo much better and still looks factory.
Exterior
nothing so far, thinking about painting cladding/bumper wraps to match exterior color

stock source but new speakers front/rear
Suspension
Looking at a set of H&R lowering springs
Wheel and Tire
new set of Michelins , old tires had pretty good tread but were hard/firm and loud at highway speed, new ones a lot quieter and ride great.
