The car belonged to a friend’s mom for many years. When she died, my friend towed the car to his home and covered it with a tarp—intending to fix a fuel pump problem and get it running. After several attempts, he gave up and abandoned the car for ~6 years. He told me he was going to sell it for scrap, so I asked him if I could have it. He agreed so we towed it to my son’s home a year ago. My son and I replaced the fuel pump, cleaned the gas tank, and got it running. Then the transmission dumped all the fluid in the driveway. Next step is to tow it to my house so I can finish restoring it...

Seen better days

It's been repainted sometime in the past. Some rust on roof and under trunk and front floor boards.

Thieves attempted to steal original radio and replacement unit, so prior owner had a burglar alarm installed.

Original wheels were traded for chrome Dayton wire wheels😖
