    In regards to the rear subframe bushings there is a set of rear position bushings on ebay (genuine and Lemforder). For the front position you probably just have to go aftermarket Meyle or Febi. I used Lemforder and Meyle and am certain they will like last the remaining life of the car.

    Yep pipe is a tight offset fit. No EGR on my old car but i did remove the air injection setup due to a bad bearing, gives the a cleaner looks with less clutter

    It aerating\foaming out or just overflowing? Either way id check the reservoir has no blockage, check clamps are tights, re-fill and re-bleed the system and then leave the cap off for awhile with engine running to observe.

    Don't think the front is often done or required so probably why they aren't stocked\made anymore. I had seen Lemforder etc ones available 1-2 years ago but from UK but they are all gone from stock these days.

    +1 on smog pump given it goes away when warm, but you can use a long screwdriver, piece of metal etc to your ear on the various accessories to pinpoint it also

    Looks like the same hose that i replaced on mine. I believe i used with standard 40mm heater hose. I wanted to replace the top one but it appeared to be NLA?. Both were in good shape considering so i didn't bother trying too hard to find something else.

    Well if what you say is indeed accurate then i've replaced more of what are presumably factory wheel bearings than i can remember in your 1-5% range, most of these cars less than 300,000km. We must have bad luck in this country.

They probably failed to keep the wheel centered\locked when they changed the tie rods, it moved position and they set the toe without lowering the car and checking the steering wheel position.     SWAG typically are lower tier quality wise, never used their clutches but seen issue with other parts. Just import a Behr one, they cheap enough shipped.
