      I have not used a "Shuttle" as I understand, it is a rolling engine lift with a support to attach to the top. A low cost hydraulic folding engine lift is available from Harbor freight which should be adaptable and attach to one of the top strap or removal mounts. 1 Ton Capacity Foldable Shop Crane

      this would work?
      
      going to change engine mounts myself... I guess something similar to this can work for lifting the engine? can't use a hoist and I have never done it, thought to ask first if this is crane is appropriate

      Yes that will do. But is it worth the price to replace the mounts? Will you ever use it again?

      Looks like you could just make up a nice sling with nylon tie downs and use a shop crane to hoist it. you could just leave it on there and just back up under it when parking if your garage is large enough.

      Someone local is selling one of these for $100. I think it will work for this application.
