Ecu technical question

I will make a long story short . I have a 2011 gl350 which began to throw a code , I had a guy come and he decided to attempt an ECU reset ( don’t ask me why ) and didn’t back up the original flash . My situation NOW is my car has no power anywhere including at the OBD port . No lights go on , the instrument cluster does not go on , the power locks do not work , the car is completely dead but the battery has a full charge- I even jumped it and that didn’t do anything. Has anyone had this issue and if so what was the solution ?

Power at the battery ? : yes

Anything electrical probed ? : no

fuses popped? : no

You actually need to go into details. Explain the reset he was trying to do. Did he just disconnect the battery? Or was he using a laptop with DAS? Better yet explain the whole thing and I will try to help. If you like PM me and we can talk on the phone. I can only offer my best advice that's it.

I guess you figured out that it was the battery after all. They crack between cells and have full voltage but absolutely no cranking power. If you come back here let us know.
