remove tensioner , take left cam gear (3 bolts (18 nm)pressuming the cams are bolted down, get all pistons in line and rotate crank so number 1 is approaching tdc
rotate the cams there is 2 dots on the cam and cam bearing they should point u (third on back) as you look at it you should be able to get a drill through right cam gear and housing.
then geta long thin implement through the injector hole turn the crank (clockwise only til the tool is as far up as poss, there is a mark on the bottom pulley with an 0 and a T
fit left cam gear and tension and slowly roatate clock wise , sometimes its tricky to get right but if it stops go back and start again,( as there is a small variation on engine so you can be a tooth out.
make sure you put plent of oil over the followers as they will stick and cause a misfire when you first start it ( so turn it over by hand plenty)
bleed the fue system ) dont use easy start ( not because it will get addicted, because it will f**k you new enginesee previous easy start rants
once its all back together
