Thanks for the response. Do you have the phone number or web address for this Cheltenham Diesel?

Hi all. I know this is a long shot as this was posted so long ago, but any help would be great.

rifletech, or anyone else that has had this problem. What are the symptoms of this problem.
What warning lights come on on the dash board?
Does the speed of the van reduce and go into limp mode?
Does the van ECU register any faults, if so what error codes did you get relating to the problem?
Is acceleration uneven and not smooth like it should be?

I'm having a problem at the moment and suspect its the same or a similar problem and as the weather gets colder its getting worse.

Any help would be ace.

Kind regards

Andy

Hi,
I have sprinter 2004 302 Mwb, fuel pump was leaking a lot. I bought the seal kit and mechanic open the pump and put the seal in, now it's not leaking but now engine not turning on just cranking. the mechanic also replaced fuel tank sending unit, he think might be air regulation issue, the mechanic also put diesel manuallt into fuel regulator, but still engine not turning on just cranking,

Any advice from anyone
