r350 airmatic question

I recently had my rear right shock replaced. The error on the dash (Malfunction) went away. However the car feels very stiff. It switches from Sport to Comfort mode on the button but the whole vehicle still feels like it is in Sport or Malfunction mode.

Does the system need to be re calibrated after a shock is replaced? The ride seems harsh and I'm not sure why.

Thanks all.
