Anyone done a front wheel bearing change on a 2012 R-Class?

They're getting noisy.

Hopefully, it's just the wheel bearings....

Hopefully they're just held in by circlips and a light interference fit...

Hopefully I can just cobble up a puller out of a couple of sockets the right size, some threaded rod and some nuts...

Hopefully the housings aren't aluminum (or aluminium) and I can apply a little heat from a blow-lamp if needed...

Tried asking in the R-class forum but didn't get a response. I think the wheel bearing setup might be the same on the MLs and GLs from the same era....
