how to check transmission temperature

hi. do you know how to check transmission temperature? How do I know if it is overheating?

There is no reason for it to overheat under normal conditions and maintenance.

My Autel 802 will show transmission temperature.

I’ve only used this setting once to check it after servicing, the thing that surprised me was just how long it took to get up to 75° C ( I think that was what I was looking for) , I would presume the only way to get it to overheat would be to tow a really heavy trailer for too long.
