Thumbs down Mercedes Benz B150 "Transmission Visit Workshop"

I have a transmission problem with my Mercedes B150 2006.
The problem is, when you start the car in the morning or after few hours in the park, when you drive for one or two miles "Transmission Visit Workshop" is coming on the screen and the car is going to Limp mode.
Then when I turn off the car and start it again error is gone and never appears again until I park the part again for few hours and start it again. Sometimes the error is happening two or three times, but then it's going and you can drive it forever without an error.
ODB2 Scanner show P0793 which is "Intermediate Shaft Speed Sensor A Circuit No Signal".
I'm wondering if it's a electrical problem why it's disappears after few minutes of driving. I searched over the internet. It's a very common error specially for B series. And everyone suggesting very expensive solutions. Has anybody an Idea about what the problem can be? Or at least is it mechanical or electrical?

I have to also mention that My ESP Limp mode and ABS lamp is on.
