Yeah that looks like it. And I guess it holds 7, not 9 litres!

Yah, mine looks like that too. Must be the same manufacturer and sold under different brand names. Mine says 8.5L, but I remember seeing them in different sizes when I bought mine. Anywhere from 5-9L, so maybe you have the 9, Mike. I just bought the one that had the largest storage:dollar ratio. Just incase I decide to drain something big in the future.

After some considerations I think that it would be better to fill the pump's reservoir up to 3 litres and then to stop the process in order to fill these 3 litres into another reservoir such that the pump's reservoir gets empty. The rest of the ~3 litres in the sump can then be more quickly pumped in comparison when the pump's reservoir is almost completely full.
Note that in general any filling of oil is less complicated in this case. Vanctour, it is basically what you do when you fill the new oil into the sump.

Guten Tag.

This is just a note: I did use the PELA pump again, last summer in August 2016. It worked very well! Folks, just do it yourself ... it is very easy.

Welcome @kagz92 to the forum :-)
I recently changed my oil. Both oil (Liqui Moly 5w40) and filter ( hengst) cost me $60 plus tax. Took me about 30 mins. This is the second time I am changing my oil. First time took me so long. I used Oil extractor to pump out the old oils.
