W221 BLUETOOTH ADAPTER

Hello I would like to buy the bluetooth adapter to my prefacelift W221.
BUT I have big dilemma cuz I read that it works on rSAP. Do you know that ViseeO is also working on rSAP?
I would like to use it with my Galaxy S10+ with DualSIM. I heard that DualSIM phones doesn't work with rSAP modules, is it true?
I thought about ViseeO MB-4 or ViseeO MB-2 or B67876168.

OK, found the defintion of rSAP (remote SIM access profile). Perhaps spelling the acronym out a bit would help to cast a broader net and get you a better answer.

You do not tell us the part of the world in which you reside. Please complete your profile and keep us from guessing. North America utilizes the Handsfree protocol; Europe generally uses rSAP.

I found a web entry dealing with Android phones and rSAP at http://www.android-rsap.com/bluetoot...s-profile.html but don't know if it addresses your issue.

Alternatively, you might contact ViseeO directly.

Oh sorry I'm from Europe, Poland
I couldn't get information about the ViseeO, but I guess it also runs on rSAP, anyway whatever.
BUT my biggest question is anybody here that uses phone with DualSIM? Because everything is about normal phones, that they work properly on MB cradle or ViseeO. I would like to buy it but I won't get it if it will not working with DualSIM phone.

I found on that site you posted, that it is real that DualSIM phones doesn't support rSAP, so I can't buy the cradle :/

So, we only use the ViseeO for Bluetooth Audio, not for phone calls. The phone calls are all managed through the puck (plug-in module) under the center armrest.

As for your question about Dual-SIM, I'm sorry but I do not know. In theory it should work fine, as the phone is still the receiver/transmitter and the COMAND controls merely support dialing and call off/on hook functions. However I have no idea how a second call from the same phone (second SIM) might be displayed or handled in the MB Phone System.

I won't be unpleasant, but on this forum nobody answers on my questiuon directly. Always a lot of craps, I know really many things about MB, I just asked about DualSIM or if somebody tested it.
Now I know that any of Bluetooth cradle to W221 won't work with the DualSIM. The only thing is to root the phone and install rSAP, but I won't do that because of the guarantee.

Your question addressed a device used for Bluetooth music streaming, not Bluetooth telephony; your specific use of the device was unclear from your poorly formed question. I provided you answers related to whether the device would work with an rSAP system; and dlafever expanded the answer to point out that you could not use it for telephony. From that response I believe it was inuitively obvious that I had not tested it personally, but I did try to get you an answer. Because of the lack of clarity in your question, I also suggested you contact the manufacturer.

If you want better answers, ask better questions. I'm afraid the formulation of your question is where the "craps" appeared in this discussion - which is now closed.
