So i opened the passenger cover and tested the fuses and non were blown. So i turned the car on and disconnected each power cable but the cable that is plugged into the 60 amp fuse when i disconnect it there is no change to the car. When i disconnect the 200 amp blue fuse the gauge light goes off. As for the 200 amp purple i cant remember that happened on that one.

Both seat control still does work but control only when the car is fully booted then stop and i would have to wait and try it again.

Thats ur problem That middle one is a 60 amp yellow MIDI Fuse. I just have a long time problem with mine until it turned into a Hard Fault Stumpted Everyone. Including alot of pros.
My middle yellow 60 was part blown and was causing a no fuel pump and no crank hard fault and a dying out problem but would restart for months and then when it went no dash/ no ing no passenger seats and a host of other shit
Take a wire and stab it into the middle wire end connector you pulled and stab it into the top one thats connected

I bet everything works Perfectly after that and I found online a place that delivered me the 60 amp midi fuse for like nothing otherwize that hole junction box is around 200 bucks

Update - I went to the locate junkyard and there was a 2006 S430 that still has the front left and right SAM modules. So I replaced both the front SAM modules and I still have the same problem. I kinda knew that it wouldn't fix it but wanna try anyway?

I kind of doubt the battery or alternator are the issue at this point. The only thing I can think to ask is to monitor the voltage while this is all going on.

I'm very interested to learn what the resolution will ultimately be.
