Start by taking the battery out of the cAr and having it tested . If you are in the USA places like oreilly auto parts will test and charge your battery for free .

If the battery is good (and that’s a big if- it probably is not charged if you just tried to jump start without a proper charger ) you likely blew the fuse under passenger floor carpet when you tried jump starting it

DO NOT DO WHAT THIS GUY SAYS IF YOU THROW HIGH CURRENT TO THE LOWER RIGHT SIDE OF THIS JUNCTION BOX UR BY PASSING ALL THE FUSES AND CAN BLOW OUT A FEW SAM MODULES AND ALOT OF FUSES.
YOU SHOULD ONLY CHARGE HERE WITH LOW CURRENT SAY 2 OR 10 AMP MAX
AND ONLY SAYING ON THE LEFT SIDE FEED
Stay on the left side. The big fat long red one on the top left.
I'd say ur battery was low and thats why ur key wouldnt turn and now you blew a fuse or two in the junction box or blew out a sam or two.

That junction box has midi fuses a yellow 60 amp a red 150amp and I think a 100 amp
Check for power from the thick red one on the top left to the three on the right
Make sure you have battery power accross the junction box
It sends power to all the sams/fuses and engine control under both engine fuse boxes
Including EIS

NONE OF THEM ACTUALLY

(although it wouldn't hurt to check them)

Those are not the Pre Fuses, it has already been posted where to find Pre Fuses.
