Last time we checked there was no voltage at the relay but I will check again.

I know the compressor fires up because when i replaced it and it still didn't lift i took the old compressor and a battery charger as a power supply and it fired right up.

So last night i put that compressor back in the car. I then connected everything but the power harness to the compressor and i used some connectors to power the compressor directly off another battery with the ignition on.

The compressor fired up and after about a minute it sounded like it was fighting against pressure so i disconnected it because i didn't want to burn it up or blow one of the lines(nylon?).

The car didn't raise at all doing this.

If there is a valve between the compressor and the tank in the block and it isn't opening that would explain what I think I heard.

I will try to check the ground as soon as I can but the car is about an hour away at a friends house.

crap caught on fire
Put a scanner on the 0 s430 and oh boy the codes-20170811_211642.jpg

replaced and it lifted

still have no audio from the amp. i am guessing an error in the D2B chain.

But next big issue is there are no tail, brake, or rear turn signals. And have a BAS and ESP light.

Tried the lock to lock but still have the lights.

I am thinking maybe the brake switch I have read about but I dont think that would cause turn signal or tail light issues.

Hi,

[email protected]@k me, that must have been some "red wire touched the case" to melt that ally like that

It sounds to me like there is other fried stuff in the aftermath of this

SDS will be the quickest and easiest way to sort out what is what

Cheers Dave

@tusabes , the bottom left part of the board looks charred, though a bit hard to see at first sight.
