Photo DIY W220 front and rear parking sensor replacement

Hi everyone

My parktronic drove me crazy by beeeeeeping. Red led indicators was on all the time. I took car for check and it come up with 2 faulty sensors.
fault codes B1248 and B1252
I just replaced my front left inner and right rear outer sensors. Done some damage to rear bumper
It is really easy DIY job for your self and you can save some bucks not taking your car to a stealer

P.S.
My car is year 2000 non facelift. I'm sorry for some writing mistakes.

Bummer about the damage done to your car. Intresting write up and some great pictures. How much did the dealership want for the repair? How much does each sensor cost? How did you know which sensors were bad?

I got used sensors from ebay for a £10 each. I did not asked dealer for sensor price or job, but i think each sensor cost around £35 plus time install them. To replace sensors took me 15 min.
Which sensor or sensors are bad you take your car to dealer or mercedes specialist to run diagnostic. After checks they give you list whats wrong with your car. I got faulty overhead panel and audio unit(cd player and tape not working).
That will be future diy jobs.
