Dynamic Select=Air Body Control?

Been looking at some E400 Wagons and noticed a few are clearly marked that they come with Air Body Control suspensions (an option that I know as Airmatic) and a few that only mention they come with "Dynamic Select" A toggle switch labeled "Dynamic" with up/down arrows is shown to the right of the shifter in the photos.

Without being able to look directly under the vehicle to confirm, does having Dynamic Select mean the vehicle has an Air Body Control suspension? Several MB related sites are not clear on this issue. Some say it only adjusts the shift points on a standard steel coil spring suspension & others say you need Air Body Control in order to have or get Dynamic Select as a option? I assume Dynamic Select would adjust the suspension ride quality. Are there any other clues to suggest the vehicle comes with Air Body Control suspension even though it's not listed in the ad?

Our current E500 wagon has Airmatic with ride height control, transmission mode control and ride mode control. I would prefer that same capability in a newer E Class wagon if possible. Thanks.

FYI there will be a Ride Height Selector Button just under the "Dynamic" switch that would tip you off if the vehicle has air ride. It has a small picture of a vehicle with an ^arrow on it.

I think the option code is still 489 for air body control (with self leveling.)
