That's actually nice....it'd be nicer with suede inserts like you mentioned.

But there is not black suede in the E55...

That picture with the suede inserts are on an SL55 which has suede on the binnacle hood. So it matches. On the E55 that perforated insert supposedly matches the perforations on the E55 seasts which is exclusive to the E55.

I have a source in Canada that can get it, he quoted me $750.

I'm pretty sure....

that's a Victor wheel. I agree, that's sharp. And probably more in keeping with the interior flavor than the F1 wheel. Tough to find a source in the US though, as CEC seems to have the stuff wrapped up, and they don't keep much inventory in it. Let me know how you come out, I might push the button too.

No, its a real AMG part...

Harris from the "other' board can get it for us. Custom made but it'll cost us 6 weeks.

$750 is very reasonable for a Victor wheel. They usually retail for over $1100 from CECWheels.[;)]
