P2025 INTAKE TRHOTTLE PLATE DELETED

Recently i had P2025 intake pressure reading implausible.
After that i had a limp mode which made me to give some thought on what could probably the reason was.
In considered that the only part which can interfere with pressure, except turbo's and intake manifold pressure sensors (perfect condition both of them) is the intake valve plate.
Because my car is a cdi i know that the intake plate is responsible for limp mode and most of it's job is to help intake manifold suck exhaust fumes from egr.
So today instead of having some drinks,and my wife is on a trip to Germany i desided to try remove this plate.
I did it and engine light is on (as it was) but my car is running like new now.There is no limp mode any more, no black smoke at all and i noticed that exhaust smells just like when it was new.
Also i unscrewed the handle of oil dipstick to clean the egr tube which was very dirty but not clogged.
What is your opinion about that,am i triggering new problems?

I'm sorry for the photos but my phone is white and if i was using it could probably change to black, so i used a cheap black one.
