Cool W211 2008 PDC sensor replacement

Advice needed!
Do I need to remove whole front bumper to replace faulty PDC sensors from the front of my MB 320CDI Avantgarde 2008?
In the pre facelift you could just remove the"strip" but it seems that in the facelift strip is part of bumper?
If bumper needs to be removed does anyone have good diag.picture how to do it?

Thanks advance

I wonder why front bumper needs to be removed. It looks like the sensor is attached to protective strip as shown in figure on the left.
