2019 C43 AMG Backup Camera Issue

I wanted to check in with all of you concerning a problem I'm having with the backup camera. It always comes on when the car is in reverse however it can stay on after going into Drive for 30 to 60 seconds. I'm not trying to be difficult but I would think that when you shift from R to D the backup camera should come off.

Anyone else having this issue??

Thanks!!

That's how the camera functions on my 2018 C300 sedan. I can't say I consider it an "issue", however.

Both our cars stay on for about 5-10 seconds after selecting drive. Yours sounds a bit annoying though. I would ask the dealer if they can set the default time to a shorter period.

Mine stays on after shifting into drive for a bit. Since other functions of the infotainment system are also are slow/delayed I assumed this is also result of the lag in the infotainment system due to a slow processor.
