M156 Cabin Vibration

Hello,

I’m having an issue with a moderate vibration in the cabin. It occurs during cold start up/idle then progressively increases vibration when put in gear. Upon accelerating it evens out. I do have a CEL that reads (Bank 1 Lean). Standing outside the vibration is not audible even with the hood open. Has anyone had this issue?
