HEADLIGHT ISSUE

Hi all
I have a c class W204. While changing one of the lamps in my headlight. I happen to push too hard and causing the headlight beam adjustment to move.
my question is are the headlights sealed unit? Or should I be able to open the light fitting once it is removed from the car.

Many thanks in advance.

Pretty sure they are sealed units,,
Headlight aim is adjusted via screws at the top.
