2019 c class throttle valve
Just thought Id share my recent experience with you lot and perhaps if this experience of mine is to be a known issue then a place to continue the discussion and gain understanding.
This 2019 c class coupe is my first Mercedes. I've driven VW all my life. My last VW Golf drove 150,000 miles without breaking down once. My MB broke down after just 3 days and 60 miles. My experience was the car displayed warning lights that the active break system failed and the ESP off light came on along with the engine light. No sooner did I have time to react the car went into limp mode. After 2 days with MB they have told me the throttle valve is defective and I'm to wait 7 days for shipping and part replacement.
MB have told me the work and parts are covered under warranty, parts look to be £750 and the replacement is relatively quick I'm let to believe.
Understandably not happy. I waited a long time for the car to be delivered and 3 days later its gone again. For our short time together I loved it. AMG line c300 model.
